Fill in all information accurately and only fill in the white space if they apply to your order. Once you fill in the information, save the page with yournameorder.xml (for example: vbrownorder.xml) and save it to your desktop or somewhere easy for you to find then attach the form to an email and email it to vanessa@vbbizservice.biz. Enter any additional information in the email when you send the order form. I will respond promptly to let you know when your order has been received. A proof will be sent to you via email. If you agree with the proof , reply to the email with a statement confirming that it is ok to print and put your name under that. This will act as a signature. If ANY changes need to be made, make them at that time.
Once you sign off on the proof arrangements need to be made to meet somewhere to put down half of the balance and for you to pick up the proof. I am usually out making other deliveries so this is more convenient for me. The down payment must be received before I begin working on your order. After I receive the down payment, I will complete your request. You MUST make arrangements on how you will recieve your product(s) in your email. Once I finish, I will contact you via mail or phone so that arrangements can be made to pick up the remaining balance.
