- Do you have a storefront? No. VB Business Services is a home based business located in the Rock Hill, South Carolina area. However, I am able to offer the same professional quality work to people and because I have no overhead, you obviously get the savings.
- Do you take credit cards? Right now, I am unable to process credit cards at this time. I am just starting this business so in order to give you low prices, I am only accepting cash and checks and you will have to show valid identification. I am working to set up Paypal so hopefully, I will be taking credit cards through them soon.
- How will I receive my product? You need to specify in your email or via phone. I have a place that I meet other customers that is convenient to my location, well lit and populated. If I go further than that, there will be a delivery charge and the amount will depend on where you are.
- What is the average time to create an item that you charge hourly for? Typically, an hour but if it only takes me 45 minutes, I still charge a minimum of $20.00.
